it's been a good week so far, and it's only tuesday.  yesterday i co-presented laughter yoga at the skilled nursing facility where my mother is.  it went really well, to the amazement of everyone, i think.  there were about 15 participants, and the activities director was visibly surprised afterwards when she told me, 'so they all really liked it ( Read more... )
